Ingredients

1 large bunch of kale
120g. sunflower seeds, finely ground
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Preparation method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Heat the oven to 150°C. Place a piece of parchment paper on top of a baking sheet, then spread out the kale crisps mixture evenly over the surface.
3. Bake for 2 hours, keeping a close eye as it can burn easily. You can cook the crisps faster on a higher heat, but they retain more nutrients if you cook them more slowly.

Kale has more calcium than milk and more iron than beef. It also is high in vitamin C, A and K. And is great for detoxing, as its filled with fibre.
