Every tried a layered smoothie?

They are so fun to make and taste amazing! Not only that but they are so full of vital nutrients that they take away the desire to eat junk!

This one is spirulina and pineapple blended for the bottom layer.

Then cashew and almonds blended with dates and water.

Then berries and chia seeds blended.

Give it a go 🙂
