Sugar free chocolate cake for Mothers Day

My daughter and I made this last night, its actually very simple to make and tastes out of this world!

Mother’s Day…
If your mum wants a delicious cake without all the sugar

and flour why not make my really easy no bake
Body rescue Chocolate fridge cake
Ingredients
Cake
360g ground hazelnuts
900g chopped dates
120g raw cacao powder
300g raspberries
Icing
4 avocados
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp date syrup
150g raw cacao powder
METHOD
Using a blender, blitz the cake ingredients and then chill to make it easier to

paste in the cake mould ( I used a heart shaped, bought from ikea ) Paste

half of the cake mixture on the cake mould and then sprinkle on the raspberries

to create a middle layer. Spread the rest of the mixture over the top of the

raspberries and place in fridge for two hours to set.
Make the the icing. Scoop the flesh from the avocados into a food processor

and add the date syrup and cacao powder. Blitz until smooth and refrigerate.
Take out of the fridge and spread the icing on the cake with a spatula. Add some

raspberries on the top and serve with fromage frais.
