5 Healthy Packed Lunch ideas

At last we are in Spring! I have been really busy with my new book The Healed State I am being super perfectionist with this one as I want you to feel healed when flicking through each page, so the design is taking a while, but we aim to launch in May! Yey!
I had a lady post on my Facebook page today, asking for lunch ideas to take to work or travel with and these are some of my favourite ones below!
All my recipes are really easy to make, and taste amazing. I had the prawn and avocado today, which was great to just put in a tuppawear box and tasted devine! I even left some in the fridge at home for my husband and his brother and girlfriend and they all loved it too!
All these recipes are also detox friendly, so if you are in weeks 1 and 2 they will help you.
The detox recipe book was voted best healthy cook book and was described by The Daily Mail as amazing.

Broccoli and asparagus soup is incredibly filling, it tastes very creamy without the cream! Have this regularly and your skin will also look amazing. It takes about 10 minutes to make. Take in a flask to work.

This is such a lovely snack or lunch to have. No rice, but very filling and tasty. Easy to make too.

There is no kneeding with this nut bread, its really easy to make and tastes gorgeous! You could have smoked salmon on top, or a salad, prawns, sugar free Jam etc..

Quinoa is a fantastic carb to put in a salad, its very high in protein so will keep you full for longer than other carbs, and will not play havoc with your energy levels. If you can’t be bothered to cook quinoa you can buy pre-cooked packets, but its always better to prepare fresh.
