Wow! We had such a wonderful launch party for my book The Healed State!

I wanted to share some pics with you from the event.

Even though this is actually my 8th book I have written, I´ve never had a launch party before. Don´t ask me why, I have no idea, but for this one I knew it was really important to feel that connection and love between everyone there and to celebrate 3 years of pouring my heart and soul into something. It was amazing to finally see the book in person and to share it with everyone at the party.

There was such a beautiful atmosphere and I´m so grateful for those who came from all over the country to be there. We started the event with a sound bath, which helps stimulate your vagus nerve. I write alot about this in The Healed State book.

Gina made some amazing canopees, many of which are from The Body Rescue Plan recipes.

I managed to sign books for everyone who came, which gave me a chance to connect and chat with everyone! I would have loved to speak to everyone for longer, as they all had their healing journey to tell.

I also gave a speech about the journey of The Healed State, and how I got here, in it I shared that we all have a book within us, and even though I am dislexic, I have still managed to write 8 books now!

I also shared that my Father, who is 83 years old, has just written his first book!

The main message behind The Healed State, and of the evening is that we can all heal and we can all do what our thoughts lead us to, its our thoughts that set the intention, the rest follows.
