Pear Crumble- sugar free and good for detox
I am so delighted with my new recipe, it was actually a case of not having enough in the house and wondering what I could do with what I had left. But it worked an absolute treat.
This recipe took 10 minutes to make, is really delicious and you can have it on the first week of the detox!
A pear crumble on a detox, imagine!
For 2 people
2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 handful of cashew nuts
1 handful of dried cranberries
1. Steam or simmer the pears for 7-10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile blend the rest of the ingredients.
3. Take out the pears and mash them in an oven proof boil
4. Sprinkle the blended ingredients over the mashed pears and grill for a few minutes.
And eat! So delicious, you don’t have to grill at the end you could just eat raw.
