Ice-cream recipe.. sugar free!

The weather is hot hot hot and we need ice-cream to cool us down and gives us a good vibe!

I love creating ice-lollies and Ice-cream as they are so easy to make and you don’t need any fancy equipment either. Just a blender, a freezer and the ingredients. They are also much cheaper than shop bought ice-cream and don´t have any added nasties.

The basic ice-creams are super simple to make, for instance a strawberry ice-cream you could just add fromage frais, a natural sweetener like maple syrup and then fresh strawberries. Blend it all up and freeze.

Or add mint and raw cacao powder !

I have a few yummy ice-cream recipes in my Sauces digital recipe book along with some incredibly delicious hot sauces to go with them. The recipe above is not to be sneezed at, its so refreshing, creamy and devine! I´ll share a sauce next week too- there is hot chocolate sauce, hot chocolate fudge sauce, caramel sauce or strawberry coulis to go with ice-cream. hmmmm decisions, decisions. All sugar free too!
