I love creating ice-lollies and Ice-cream as they are so easy to make and you don’t need any fancy equipment either. Just a blender, a freezer and the ingredients. They are also much cheaper than shop bought ice-cream and don´t have any added nasties.
The basic ice-creams are super simple to make, for instance a strawberry ice-cream you could just add fromage frais, a natural sweetener like maple syrup and then fresh strawberries. Blend it all up and freeze.
Or add mint and raw cacao powder !
