Ingredients

1 tin mackerel in curry sauce
Rocket
Spring onions
Cucumber
Celery
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Preparation method

1 Chop the vegetables and mix with the rocket to make green salad. Dress with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
2 Serve with the mackerel, mashed if you like.

If you prefer, use mackerel in tomato sauce.
