The Bootcamp Lives will be held via live stream in a private Facebook group at midday each day UK time, and you can also watch on replay in the group or on your recap page. You can see the full schedule here.

+ What if I can't make it live?

No problem at all, we have you covered! You can watch the replay and ask any questions in the Facebook group. And you can also access the video in the recap page. 

+ How much time will it take?

Not much at all. I know you’re busy and your energy’s at a premium (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here!) so I’m committed to getting you results quickly. That’s why this Bootcamp lasts just five days. Give this bootcamp just 1 hour each day and you’ll see a major boost in your energy by the week’s end!

+ I'm worried that I might be a bit older, not exactly in top shape, or just too tired for this Bootcamp. Will I be able to keep up with it?
