Who are your teachers? …

Christianne is a multi award-winning, bestselling author of The Body Rescue Plan series and The Healed State.
She is so excited to guide you through yoga, meditation, and pilates on this retreat, and to share some delicious, nutritious recipes. And new to this year Floating Sound Baths!
She will also lead you through powerful healing mindset techniques, helping you leave behind old limiting beliefs and negative patterns – so you go home feeling confident, refreshed, and more agile than ever!

Robbie, Christianne’s husband and former professional footballer for Everton, co-runs Body Rescue with her.
He’s the high-energy coach who’ll have you laughing as you enjoy fitness games on the beach, jogging, hill runs, and ab workouts.

All levels and abilities are welcome – including those with injuries or ailing conditions. Just reach out beforehand so we can ensure the retreat is the perfect fit for you!

  • If you’re booking a twin bedroom as a single and are happy to share with a specially matched guest, please select “Twin Bed.”

  • If you want to share a twin room with a friend, each of you should book a “Twin Bed” and include your friend’s name and email in the second booking.

All bedrooms offer  ensuite bathrooms.

You can secure your spot by paying in full upfront or spread the cost over three monthly instalments.
