This is our 23rd Year of running fitness retreats and we absolutely love it!

  • We take care of you- so you totally unwind, make life long friendships, laugh from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave- and yet with no alcohol and no heavy foods- just gorgeous meals that will energise you, satisfy you and make you feel like you should!
  • Food is home cooked by me, gorgeous healthy recipes that will all be sugar free and gluten free. But we will still eat cake, biscuits and toast!

Daily Yoga and Meditation Sessions

Sunrise and Sunset yoga with Christianne, sometimes on the beach and sometimes at the villa by the pool, with stunning sea views across the valley. You can do Christianne’s yoga sessions at any level. And meditation under the stars.

Delicious Body Rescue Meals

All meals will be served to you at our beautiful 11 bedroom villa, full board plus drinks and snacks. You will never go hungry but will also lose weight. Thats the magic of Body Rescue.

7pm Roof top Crystal Meditation and Group healing -with Christianne
Day 2

 

6.30am Hot water and lemon and smoothies

 

7am Walk or jog in the hills

 

8am Sunrise yoga by the pool- with Christianne

Who are your teachers? …

Hi I am Christianne, award winning, best selling author of The Body Rescue Plan Series- I am so excited to be teaching Yoga, Meditation and Pilates for you on this retreat, and helping make some delicious, nutritious foods. I’ll also be taking you through some amazing healing mindset techniques so you go home feeling like your old conditioning beliefs and negative patterns disappear, and you have a new found confidence and agility to your body!

My husband Robbie is an ex professional footballer for Everton- and we run Body Rescue together. He is the more high energy coach and will have you laughing a lot! Whilst playing fitness games on the beach, jogging, hill running and abs work.

We cater for all levels and abilities, even if you have injuries and conditions- always contact us first to make sure you are happy.

  1. If you want a whole double bedroom for yourself only please Book ” Double Room ”
  2. If you want to book a twin bedroom as a single person, and are happy to share with the special person we pair you up with, then please book ” Twin bed ”
  3. If you want to share a twin room with a friend please book ” Twin bed ” twice over, and put their name and email in the second booking.
  4. All bedrooms have sea views and have ensuite bathrooms. 
  5. You can book by paying up front or in three monthly payments.
