We take care of you- so you totally unwind, make life long friendships, laugh from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave- and yet with no alcohol and no heavy foods- just gorgeous meals that will energise you, satisfy you and make you feel like you should!

Food is home cooked by me, gorgeous healthy recipes that will all be sugar free and gluten free. But we will still eat cake, biscuits and toast!

Each bedroom is ensuite and has a beautiful sea view in a very quiet location Imagine doing yoga and meditation here every day, total bliss!
"This is my third time on The Body Rescue Retreat- The food has been out of this world, I've never been hungry and I'm always excited about going home to try the simple recipes.

Robbie is so much fun with the exercise. Its been amazing, absolutely incredible, sadly its home time today but I'm going home and I just feel so content, peaceful, relaxed but energised. I feel fantastic. And its all been down to these few days, which have been just life changing.

Hi I am Christianne, award winning, best selling author of The Body Rescue Plan Series- I am so excited to be teaching Yoga, Meditation and Pilates for you on this retreat, and helping make some delicious, nutritious foods. I'll also be taking you through some amazing healing mindset techniques so you go home feeling like your old conditioning beliefs and negative patterns disappear, and you have a new found confidence and agility to your body!

My husband Robbie is an ex professional footballer for Everton- and we run Body Rescue together. He is the more high energy coach and will have you laughing a lot! Whilst playing fitness games on the beach, jogging, hill running and abs work.

We cater for all levels and abilities, even if you have injuries and conditions- always contact us first to make sure you are happy.

Day 1
  • 3pm Welcome drinks and nibbles
  • 4pm Circuit training by the pool- with Robbie
  • 6pm Supper on veranda with sea views
  • 7pm Roof top Crystal Meditation and Group healing -with Christianne
Day 2
  • 6.30am Hot water and lemon and smoothies
  • 7am Walk or jog in the hills
  • 8am Sunrise yoga by the pool- with Christianne
  • 9.30am Breakfast on veranda with sea views
  • 12-1 Games on beach with Robbie
  • 1-2 Lunch at beach restaurant
  • 2- 5.30 Relax at villa snacks and healthy cocktails provided
  • 5:30-6 Pilates by pool with Christianne
  • 6:30-7:30 Supper at villa
  • 8pm Star light Meditation on roof top -with Christianne
Day 3
  • 6.30am Hot water and lemon and smoothies
