{"id":7492,"date":"2017-09-21T15:17:21","date_gmt":"2017-09-21T14:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thebodyrescueplan.com\/members\/?p=7492"},"modified":"2017-10-23T18:39:30","modified_gmt":"2017-10-23T17:39:30","slug":"soy-roasted-cauliflower","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebodyrescueplan.com\/members\/soy-roasted-cauliflower\/","title":{"rendered":"Soy roasted cauliflower"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"green-header\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 medium cauliflower, sliced<br \/>\n\u00bc cup olive oil<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. black pepper<\/p>\n<p>For the soy sauce mixture<br \/>\n\u00bc cup water<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp. soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1 tsp. agave syrup<br \/>\n1 spring onion, chopped<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"green-header\">Preparation method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees and line a baking tray with tin foil.<br \/>\n2. Trim off the cauliflower leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well and place the cauliflower on the baking tray in a single layer. Cover with foil and roast for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n4. In a medium frying pan over medium heat, combine the oil and garlic and cook for two minutes. 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the water, soy sauce, vinegar and agave and cook until the sauce begins to thicken, approximately five minutes. Transfer to a bowl and add the spring onion. Let rest.<br \/>\n6. Continue roasting the cauliflower but remove the foil for the last 10 minutes so the cauliflower has a chance to brown.<br \/>\n7.
