How the Body rescue transformation day went.
We had a fantastic first Body Rescue Transformation day on Saturday.
It was such a lovely warm group of wonderful women, and a day of meditation, chanting, yoga, pilates, cooking, juicing workshop and mindset work with a vision board workshop.
For the cooking demo I my sweet potato cakes, detox energy bars, chocolate crispy quinoa cakes, chocolate smoothie, chocolate mouse, greens juice, courgette noodles and stuffed butternut squash. My goodness what a lot of food 🙂 but they loved it and we ate it al! All sugar free, vegetarian and gluten free.
I started the day with mindset work, figuring out what we would like to achieve this year with our goals and then working out the limiting beliefs and trigger points around this. With any new goal, its really important to figure this out as otherwise it can stop you in your tracks later on, even if you are feeling like you are succeeding. Once we figured this out we then did a meditation and chanting to clear that negativity, so that later on in the day we could then focus on the goals. We later did a vision board to clearly see what our goals are and then a meditation after that on visualising that goal.
We had some yummy lunch and the whole was filled with chocolate, laughter, clearing and good vibes.
